Mexican Standoff Challenge: We Have a Winner!

I recently entered a competition on Food2.com for a Mexican Standoff! Trying to shoot down the competition I entered my Mexican Lasagna with a Philly Twist Recipe.  After battling it out with some very talented cooks, I was pleasantly surprised to have been named "Fan Favorite"
The wonderful folks at Food2 are sending me a gift for my recognition! I will be receiving Rick Bayless "Mexican Everyday" Cookbook! How awesome is that! Can't wait to get cooking some of his mouth watering recipes!
